Assembly for Grades 6-12 Promotes Believing in Yourself!

A special assembly on Tuesday, October 17, will feature guest speaker Kevin Laue, talking about overcoming adversity and achieving success through determination. Laue is a sought-after speaker who shares his unique story with students in a presentation entitled: “Believing in Yourself!” His own inspirational journey is then used as a jumping off point to examine the challenges faced by others every day, and his triumphs help audiences see their own problems in a new light. Laue will be presenting to all Snoqualmie Valley students in grades 6-12 as part of the District’s strategic initiative to address students’ social and emotional needs, and promote a healthy community.

Special thanks to the Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation for co-sponsoring this opportunity through a generous grant.
