Snoqualmie Valley schools are committed to continuous improvement. As part of our district’s school improvement process, each school develops and implements an annual School Improvement Plan tailored to its specific needs. Our schools analyze a variety of information sources – including student performance trends, district comparisons, and staff/parent perception surveys – to identify improvement goals that are specific, data-driven and measurable.
To help each of our schools understand its strengths and challenges in areas known to impact educational effectiveness, parent input on how our schools are doing is valued.
PARENTS: Below is a link to an online, multiple-choice survey. If you have more than one child in the Snoqualmie Valley School District, please take a few minutes to complete a survey for each of the schools your children attend. Complete and submit the surveys by Friday, November 30.
NOTE: The parent survey is also available in other languages. Click here to download and print out a hard copy in the desired language. Turn in the completed survey to your school office please.
The survey questions are based on the Characteristics of High Performing Schools, and were developed by the Center for Educational Effectiveness, a Bellevue, Washington-based educational research firm, in collaboration with the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction for Washington State.
We appreciate your time and participation. Parent feedback is very important to ongoing school improvement efforts as the district endeavors to make Snoqualmie Valley schools the very best they can be for all students who attend them.
