November Election and Voter Registration Information

To vote in the upcoming November General election, those new to Washington State can still register in person at the King County Elections office until 8 days before an election – or by October 26.
 
Important dates for the upcoming election:
  • October 13    Ballots are mailed.
  • October 26    Deadline for new Washington voters to register in person at the King County Elections office in Renton (919 SW Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057-2906) or at the Seattle registration annex (500 4th Avenue, Room 440, Seattle ,WA 98014).
  • November 3 is Election Day!  Ballots must be postmarked on or before this date, or returned to a ballot drop box by 8 p.m.
  • November 24    Results of the election will be certified.
